Abstract

In times of crisis, effective leadership is essential for navigating challenges and ensuring organizational resilience. This scholarly article examines the concept of resilient leadership within the context of crisis management, drawing insights from project leadership literature. By analyzing key attributes and strategies of resilient leaders, this paper aims to offer practical lessons and recommendations for leaders facing crises in various organizational settings. Through a synthesis of relevant research and case studies, it explores how resilient leadership traits such as adaptability, emotional intelligence, and strategic decision-making can be applied to enhance crisis response and recovery efforts. The findings underscore the importance of proactive leadership behaviors, stakeholder engagement, and organizational learning in fostering resilience amidst adversity.
