Abstract

This scholarly article investigates the relationship between transformational leadership and project innovation. Drawing upon existing literature and empirical evidence, this study explores how transformational leadership behaviors influence innovation within project teams. Theoretical frameworks such as social exchange theory and transformational leadership theory are utilized to understand the mechanisms through which transformational leaders stimulate creativity, foster a supportive environment, and promote innovation among team members. The findings suggest that transformational leadership positively correlates with project innovation, highlighting the crucial role of leadership in driving innovative outcomes in project-based environments.
