Abstract

Effective leadership plays a pivotal role in orchestrating successful Agile transformations within project management contexts. This study examines the dynamic interplay between leadership strategies and Agile methodologies to navigate organizational change. Through a qualitative analysis of case studies and literature review, key insights emerge regarding the multifaceted nature of leadership in Agile transformation.
