Abstract

Effective leadership plays a pivotal role in orchestrating successful Agile transformations within project management contexts. This study examines the dynamic interplay between leadership strategies and Agile methodologies to navigate organizational change. Through a qualitative analysis of case studies and literature review, key insights emerge regarding the multifaceted nature of leadership in Agile transformation. The findings underscore the importance of adaptive leadership styles, fostering a culture of collaboration, and promoting continuous learning and improvement. Moreover, the study elucidates the significance of aligning leadership approaches with Agile principles to enhance team autonomy, innovation, and responsiveness to change. This research contributes to the burgeoning discourse on Agile leadership, offering practical implications for project managers and organizational leaders seeking to foster agility and resilience in today's rapidly evolving business landscape.
