Abstract

In contemporary project management, the integration of sustainability principles has become imperative. Responsible leadership plays a pivotal role in driving sustainable project management initiatives forward. This scholarly article explores the concept of responsible leadership within the context of sustainable project management. Through a comprehensive literature review, the article examines the principles, challenges, and benefits of responsible leadership in fostering sustainability within project management endeavors.
