Abstract

Racial discrimination in the workplace remains a critical challenge that undermines equity, productivity, and employee morale. This study investigates the prevalence of racial discrimination in various industries, examines existing policies and practices aimed at mitigating these issues, and assesses their effectiveness. Through a mixed-methods approach combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, the research highlights systemic barriers faced by racial minorities and identifies best practices for fostering an inclusive workplace culture. The findings indicate a significant gap between policy formulation and actual implementation, underscoring the need for comprehensive strategies that prioritize accountability and transparency. This article aims to contribute to the discourse on workplace equity by providing actionable recommendations for organizations.
