The Pakistan Journal of Linguistics (PJL) is not funded by any university or government grants.
To cover the costs of publication and open access, the journal depends on Article Publication Charges (APC), also called Publication Fees.
The APC is due only after the author receives an official Letter of Acceptance from the journal.
There is no submission charge at any stage of the process.

After acceptance, the corresponding author will receive an invoice and detailed payment instructions via email. Payment must be completed before publication to ensure inclusion in the scheduled issue.
